INTRODUCTION
The municipal water supply is tainted with chemicals including chlorine and fluoride. They kill everything within water, but damage our bodies in the process. Pure water is no longer a stream away. The municipal governments have largely assumed the responsibility of recycling our water. The control that gives government is more than Ryan Bundy would like to see.

ACTION PLAN
Ryan Bundy would like to see the free markets develop solutions which alleviate government from the responsibility of cleaning water. Therefore, we will host a communication channel to catalyze solutions. While government won't take responsibility for incubating innovative development, we can certainly focus a few public servants part-time attention to assisting in the collaboration process required to develop one.

A public announcement will be made that we expect the dependency of the municipal water supply to diminish as the free market water industry develops free market water filtration systems.

INTRODUCTION
The government owns the largest body of water in Nevada: Lake Mead. It's very concerning to see the majority of our water owned, sold, and cleaned by the government. This established system creates a single point of failure; if the government messes up, it'll create dire consequences for The Nevada People.

ACTION PLAN
First, we need to create expense tiers based on the water level in Lake Mead. The lower the water level is, the more expensive the municipal water is for the public. Introducing this system will create fluctuations in the price of municipal water and give everyone living in the Las Vegas Valley awareness of the water supply.

If the price increases, it will drive economic incentives to develop innovative alternatives. That will also alert people that our centralized water supply is diminishing beyond our means. This action applies to all locations where the government controls large bodies of water.

INTRODUCTION
There is a lot of water that's being wasted to the heat of the sun and ignorance of degraded man made systems. Our water is precious and it's always disheartening to see large amounts of water go to waste. If only there were something we could do about it...

ACTION PLAN
The first solution is to build a communication system that allows The People to send effective alerts when they see water going to waste. That can be done by connecting The People to the Department of Conservation & Natural Resources via call, text, and/or app. Once this department is made aware of defunct piping or broken automation devices, then they can contact the proper business associated with that water supply. This can be done with a phone number and/or Telegram channel.

While a communication channel is a great step in the right direction, it doesn't ensure effectiveness. Therefore, a broadcast and incentive system will be implemented to ensure (1) The People aware, and (2) The People are compensated for conserving resources. This incentive system will not cost taxpayers, but the negligent property owner (bill payer). Consider this the government's way of ensuring businesses compensat The People for helping their local community.
